| Dobwalls Adventure Park, near Liskeard, began life in 1970 as the Forest Railroad. | The Eden Project, near St Austell, is Cornwall's (and probably soon, England's) best internationally known tourist attraction. By the end of the summer in 2002, over 3 million people had visited the "giant greenhouses in an old clay pit ". After the success of the two original biodomes, housing flora and fauna of the temperate and tropical zones, plans are underway for the construction of a third biodome to house a desert environment. |
