The accommodation on three floors has wide harbour views, four bedrooms, bathroom, shower room and two balconies. Linen, heating and electricity are included. Please note that the basement flat is not included in the rental. The property is centrally situated close to the town, a sandy beach, shops, pubs and the ferry to Polruan and Mevagissey. The Estuary is adjacent to miles of open countryside, much of which is owned by the National Trust.
